I am a Florida commissioned Notary Public with more than 10 years of service.  My specialty is Loan Document Signings.  My designation of Certified Notary Signing Agent was acquired through the National Notary Association.  Since November 2004, I have successfully completed over 30 loan document signings.  I have experience with refinance, HELOC, double loan packages, and witness only loan document packages.

Loan signings may be conducted at my office, your office, your home, or other requested locations.  I am a member of the National  Notary Association, and Notary Signing Agent Section.  My service areas include – Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties.  I am bonded and insured with E&O insurance.  E-docs accepted. I am available Monday – Saturday, 9:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
